Michael A. Bowman has substantial experience in various areas of law, as well as real estate development, supplier diversity program development, employment, HR and general business law. Mr. Bowman has represented and counseled clients for over twenty-five (25) years as a practicing attorney, and is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he was a National Merit Commended Scholar. After a stint as a public-school teacher in New York City, Mr. Bowman earned both a law degree and Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Wisconsin Law School and the La Follette Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. While at Wisconsin, Mr. Bowman was an Advanced Opportunity Fellow both at La Follette and the Law School.
